We have many years of experience in project management, ranging from the management of individual projects and programme management to multi-project management and PMO know-how in corporate groups and medium-sized companies..
We offer extensive legal knowledge in all areas relevant to businesses. Areas requiring special knowledge are covered by us in cooperation with specialists. We remain the central point of contact for all parties involved and enable efficient and cost-saving complementary advice. Our main field of activity is the core of the entrepreneurial contract world: review, drafting, optimization and negotiation of contracts and GTC and seamless operationalization in appropriate processes.

Conrad Bauer

Attorney-at-law Conrad Bauer has already worked for CitiGroup and Daimler-Benz-Bank, among others, and as LegalStreamLead for a joint venture of two DAX-listed groups. He is a proven expert in contract law with a focus on the economic and operational aspects of contracts. At the same time, Conrad Bauer is a certified project manager with extensive experience in complex multinational projects. With his combination of legal and project management expertise, he provides practical advice in all entrepreneurial matters.

Marc Stein

Marc Stein is a fully qualified lawyer and certified project manager and has been successfully managing complex large-scale projects from the IT sector and corporate strategy for many years. His extensive experience in leading large interdisciplinary teams and his outstanding communication skills enable him to implement even the most difficult projects unerringly. In addition to interdisciplinary translation work, analytics and visualisation are among his strengths.
